Refund policy

All prints are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch.

As prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes. These variations are not considered faults.

For international orders, we are not responsible for delays, customs charges, or import taxes applied by the destination country.
